Information you provide

When you submit a project inquiry, Stingrey may collect your name, company, email address, project location, selected service, project description, planning estimate, and any campaign information attached to the page visit. Do not submit passwords, access credentials, export-controlled information, regulated personal information, or confidential files through the general contact form.

Technical and security information

The website and its service providers may process basic request data such as an IP address, browser information, security-verification results, and timestamps to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures. A one-way hash may be stored instead of the original IP address with an inquiry record.

Part files and CNC estimates

The public STL estimator reads geometry locally in your browser. The selected file is not transmitted by that estimator. If secure CAD upload is added or you separately send a file for review, the interface will identify that action before transmission.

Email and service providers

Cloudflare provides website delivery, security, serverless processing, and inquiry storage. Resend provides transactional email delivery. Information is shared with these providers only as needed to operate those functions.

Analytics and advertising

Stingrey may enable privacy-conscious website analytics or Google advertising measurement. When enabled, campaign parameters and similar identifiers may be used to understand which advertisements lead to project inquiries. The site does not sell personal information.

Retention and requests

Inquiry records may be retained for customer service, estimating, business records, security, and legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with you, email [email protected]. Some records may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal, security, or business-record obligations.

This notice may be updated as the website and its services change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
